HELP! My product is missing a part or needs to have a part replaced. What should I do?

If your product is under warranty (please refer to our warranty policy included with your product) and you have a proof of purchase, please contact PRIMO’s Customer Service line at 973-926-5900, or email us using the Contact page on this website.

If your product is out of warranty, or a proof of purchase cannot be provided, please refer to Replacement Part section on our website.

What types of payment are accepted on primobaby.com?

VISA, Master Card, Amex, Discover, PayPal, and Amazon Pay are all accepted at checkout.

What age should my child be while using my PRIMO product?

As your child gets older, they will have different needs and require different items. Please refer to each product’s page on our website to find that product’s age and weight restriction.

When should I start potty training my child?

The Mayo Clinic suggests beginning potty training at ~18 – 24 months, but that others might not be ready until 3 years old. The key is not to rush it and to make sure that your child is ready before potty training.

Do PRIMO products contain phthalates, lead, or BPA?

PRIMO is committed to keeping your child safe. We pledge that no product we sell will contain phthalates, lead, or BPA.

How do I clean my PRIMO product?

Much of PRIMO’s line of products are made of plastic and can be easily wiped clean with soap and a damp cloth. Other product materials might require other methods to clean, and can be found in these product’s instruction guides.

Where can I find my product’s warranty information?

Your product warranty can be found included in the instruction guide that accompanied the product.

How do I register my product?
