If any product is damaged in shipping or is missing parts, please contact us by e-mail (email@example.com) or telephone (973-926-5900 Eastern time between 10AM-3PM) so that PRIMO can correct the problem as quickly as possible. PRIMO will send replacement parts or a replacement product at PRIMO’s option.
For hygienic reasons, there are no returns or refunds on bath or potty products. If you are not satisfied for any reason for all other products (chairs, play yards, night lights, bed guard rails, step stools) you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund by check within 14 days from receipt of the returned product, less a 25% restocking fee and less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must be unused and posses the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Please, call 973-926-5900 for an RMA number, then clearly print/type your name, RMA number and address on the outside of the package. Please use a return shipping method that has a tracking number and insurance for the returned package. Merchandise must include a copy of our PRIMO invoice and packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
